Silver Lace Fern

Pteris ensiformis

The Silver Lace Fern, otherwise known as Pteris ensiformis, is an elegant fern with  delicate silver-patterned leaves. Its name is derived from its lacy foliage and white vegetation. This plant will be a great addition to any greenroom!

The Silver Lace Fern prefers a tropical soil. It also loves environments with moderate-bright indirect sunlight. One should water the Silver Lace Fern once per week keeping its soil moist but without stagnant water. The frequency should be lessened during its dormancy in the winter.  Prefers a temperature around 65°F.
